Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea is on a roll!  Next one up is at Marine Gateway on the corner of SW Marine Drive and Cambie Street.  Take the elevator up to the third floor.  It is just a few units down from Neptune Palace restaurant.
This location is easily accessible by the Skytrain and will also have tons of parking, but note that it is pay parking.
Expect a nice special promotion on grand opening day!
